Not sure who Joyce is..but she certainly has an interesting recipe to share with us.
3 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Dark Karo Syrup
1 Cup Pumpkin
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Salt
Mix ingredients together, stir well. Pour into 9″ pie crust. Sprinkle 1 Cup chopped pecans over filling. Bake at 350deg(F) oven for 40 minutes or until done.
